Q: If an item is displayed in the catalogue, why do you not stock them to avoid long waiting for delivery?
A: SPOS carries thousands of 'stocked' items and we endeavour to ensure stocks of the core product range at all times. From time to time, an item may sell out quicker than anticipated and SPOS will replenish this stock as soon as possible. Sometimes the item needs to be manufactured which may incur a delay before it is returned to stock. If you have experienced an ongoing 'out of stock' for one of your regular purchased products, please advise your customer service representative who will assess this product to amend the stock level accordingly. SPOS also has some products that are 'order only', meaning that we do not stock them as a rule. This may be due to the fact it is not a regular purchased product or the demand for this product is not high. On these occasions, SPOS will order as required and due to the manufacturing and delivery process will incur a lead time before it can be delivered.

A: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on national public holidays and the various State offices are closed for State specific holidays.

Q: How do I place an order if I don't have an account set-up?
A: Order online by paying with credit card. Alternatively, you can call our offices and place your first order with us paying for it prior to us releasing the stock. Methods of payment are Cash, Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, Electronic Funds Transfer (direct debit), Money Order or EFTPOS. If it is required to order your product, we will require payment prior to ordering the goods. If you would like to purchase regularly from SPOS we invite you to complete a credit application form.

We have a team of experienced sales executives who can assist in answering any questions you might have and where appropriate, we can visit you in your offices to discuss your requirements.

A: Yes. SPOS has negotiated very competitive rates with local, interstate and overseas transport companies to provide the client with the best value for money delivery of our products. If you prefer, SPOS will organise delivery with your designated freight company as instructed.
